Abstract	On the basis of the new methodological approach, an anti-criminal policy based on the concept of “naked repression” is critically evaluated and it is proposed to use the concept of “anticliminal vices” in countering crime, which consists in an organic (systemic) combination of two factors: the creation of a social order in which to live and work without violating social norms is beneficial; The use of administrative and repressive tools against manifestations of crime.
